As a DC resident I have no senator to call. Reader, if you have a senator who represents you and you are on the fence about reaching out to them, think of your fellow citizens who have no such option! May it inspire you to make your voice heard and to cherish the opportunity to do so.
If you have a senator that represents you, yes. If you can vote in the last state you lived in as an absentee voter then you should call the senator of that state.

Yes! You still presumably vote!
