I am going to have to add all of these to my TBR list. Maybe I should look at Hugo nominees more often. Maybe I should specifically seek out more Lesbian Space Atrocities, because while I didn't consciously realize that that was a subgenre, everything I've read that's in or peripheral to that genre has been 10/10.
Also! I very much did not get the sense that Iron Widow was setting up for a redemption arc at all. It would be hard to say why without putting spoilers in your comments section, which seems rude.
Did I miss a memo defining the Lesbian Space Atrocities genre? I suspect from context clues it's not for me, but I'm curious.
