> He says that Prime Root deli meat tastes good and he would buy it again if he knew how to make sandwiches that weren’t PB&J.

Would this recipe work?

Use a bit of (vegan?) mayonnaise on two slices of bread. Spread it like it's peanut butter or jelly. Put a slice of fake deli meat and a slice of cheddar cheese on the bread. Close sandwich. Eat.

You can add mustard or vegetables, but not everyone likes mustard and vegetables have more supply chain complexity.

As a consumer of vegan meats, I wish to communicate to your sponsor that this review has made me slightly more likely to buy Prime Roots, such that if I see it at Berkeley Bowl at a time that coincides with sandwiches sounding good, I will buy it instead of Tofurkey unless Tofurkey is a little bit cheaper. Especially the salami, I don't understand why anyone would miss the bland taste of ham.

Do you know where to get it in Berkeley? Their website says it's at Berkeley Bowl, but I couldn't find it. This review made me curious enough to look for it.
